If you ever make your own pizza dough or knead your own focaccia bread you’ll know how well you need to keep your work surface floured.

And even then, it doesn’t always work. The number of times our pizzas have had to be pieced together in the pan after we’ve torn the base getting it off the board doesn’t bear thinking about!

That problem simply disappears with one of these silicone baking sheets.

Non-stick, and heat resistant to 400ºF, they can be used not just for kneading and rolling but for baking.

Making chocolate biscotti? Put them on this tray to bake. Hey presto - no more stuck cookies - they simply lift off!

The mats are easily cleaned with just a damp cloth, and because they’re so flexible can be either rolled or laid flat to store.

This sheet measures 8.25” x 11.75”.

If you love cooking but hate clearing up, this is definitely the product for you.
