Valentine's heart mold.
Valentine’s heart : silicone mold.

 |
From focaccia dough in a silicone heart … |
We use this red silicone heart-shaped mold all the time, particularly round Valentine’s Day and birthdays or anniversaries.
It’s incredibly versatile : we’ve used it for cakes and pastry but our favourite use is to make a lovely heart-shaped foccacia bread.
How? |
... to a romantic night in front of the fire (complete with our own olive oil!). |
Use half the amount of ingredients for our
focaccia bread recipe (or use the same amount and make two!).
Mold into a general heart shape before putting it into the mold and pressing into place.
There’s no need to grease the mold - it will just lift out once it’s cooked.
This Valentine's heart mold is always a big hit - so simple to use, but looks so special.
