Born on the Amalfi coast and raised in north-west Italy, Antonio Carluccio is one of the best-known of Italian chefs and an acknowledged world expert on pasta.
Originally written in 1993, this version of his most famous of Italian pasta cook books is completely revised and updated and shares Carluccio’s love and knowledge of pasta developed over fifty years.
